The Samantha Kelly Memorial Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization qualified as a public charity by the IRS. The Memorial Fund is also registered as a charitable organization with the State of Maryland. The Board of Directors of the Memorial Fund is committed to non-profit transparency and accountability and participates in Candid’s GuideStar Program.
